책에서 숏츠까지 CCBS, 뉴스·방송·SNS를 결합한 ‘신종 인물백과사전’ 구축

“한 사람의 삶을 기록하면 한 사람의 역사가 되고, 사람들의 삶을 기록하면 대한민국의 문화유산이 된다.”

한 사람의 삶을 기록하는 방식이 달라지고 있다.

과거의 인물백과사전이 종이책을 중심으로 인물의 이름과 경력, 업적을 기록했다면 

이제는 기사와 사진뿐 아니라 방송 영상과 SNS 숏츠까지 

하나의 기록으로 연결하는 새로운 형태의 인물백과사전이 등장하고 있다.

CCBS 한국방송과 칭찬합시다뉴스, 칭찬위원연합회가 추진하는 

「대한민국 칭찬주인공 인물백과사전」 문화유산 아카이브 구축사업이 그 모델이다.

이 사업은 대한민국 곳곳에서 살아가는 사람들의 삶을 발굴하고 

취재해 기사와 사진, 방송 영상, SNS 숏츠, 디지털 인물페이지

종이책으로 연결하는 종합형 인물 기록사업을 표방한다.

핵심은 ‘칭찬을 기록으로 바꾸고 기록을 문화유산으로 만든다’​는 것이다.

유명한 사람만 기록하는 것이 아니다.

가족을 위해 평생을 희생한 사람, 어려운 이웃을 위해 봉사한 사람, 

지역사회를 위해 헌신한 사람, 자신의 재능과 시간을 나눈 사람, 

한 분야에서 수십 년 동안 묵묵히 일해 온 사람 등 이름은 널리 알려지지 않았지만 

사회에 선한 영향을 남긴 사람을 적극적으로 발굴한다.  한 사람을 하나의 ‘콘텐츠 아카이브’로

이번 사업의 가장 큰 특징은 한 사람을 하나의 기록 단위로 만든다는 점이다.

예를 들어 ‘대한민국 칭찬주인공 제390호’라는 기록번호를 부여받은 인물이 있다면

 단순한 인물 소개에 그치지 않는다.

인물의 기본정보와 성장 과정, 가족 이야기, 

주요 경력, 봉사와 나눔 활동, 인생의 어려움과 극복 과정, 삶의 가치관, 주변 사람들의 증언 등을 취재한다.

그리고 이를 기사로 만들고 사진을 남긴다.

필요한 경우 CCBS NEWS 인터뷰와 칭찬카메라를 통해 영상으로 제작하고 핵심 내용을 짧은 SNS 숏츠 콘텐츠로 재구성한다.

최종적으로는 QR코드를 통해 해당 인물의 디지털 페이지로 연결한다.

가 하나의 구조로 연결되는 것이다.

‘60초로 만나는 대한민국의 사람들’

특히 SNS 숏츠 콘텐츠는 이번 사업에서 새로운 역할을 담당한다.

긴 인물 인터뷰를 그대로 소비하기 어려운 이용자들을 위해 한 사람의 삶에서 가장 중요한 장면과 메시지를 짧은 영상으로 제작한다.

예를 들어

“40년 동안 무료급식을 해온 사람”

“평생 지역 아이들을 위해 봉사한 선생님”

“자신의 가게를 어려운 이웃에게 나눈 사람”

“평생 한 직업을 지켜온 장인”

등의 이야기를 짧은 영상으로 전달한다.

숏츠를 본 사람이 더 자세한 이야기를 알고 싶으면 QR코드나 

디지털 인물페이지를 통해 전체 기록을 확인할 수 있도록 하는 방식이다.

이렇게 되면 SNS는 단순한 홍보 수단이 아니라 대한민국 사람들의 삶을 발견하는 새로운 기록창구가 된다.

종이책은 ‘끝’이 아니라 디지털 기록의 시작

「대한민국 칭찬주인공 인물백과사전」에서 종이책은 최종 결과물이면서 동시에 디지털 기록으로 들어가는 출발점이 된다.

책에 수록된 인물마다 QR코드를 연결해 독자가 스마트폰으로 해당 인물을 검색할 수 있도록 한다.

QR을 스캔하면 인물 사진과 약력뿐 아니라 관련 기사와 인터뷰 영상, 칭찬카메라, SNS 숏츠, 추가 사진과 활동자료 등을 확인할 수 있도록 구축한다는 계획이다.

따라서 책이 출판된 이후에도 인물의 새로운 활동과 기록을 계속 추가할 수 있다.

지역과 분야를 넘어 대한민국 전체로

CCBS는 지역별 인물 발굴도 추진한다.

서울·인천·경기 등 지역별 칭찬주인공을 비롯해 전국 각 지역으로 기록 범위를 확대하고 봉사·복지·교육·문화예술·체육·경제·기업·농어촌·의료·환경·청소년·효·나눔·기부 등 다양한 분야로 분류할 계획이다.

궁극적으로는 이름을 검색하면 사진과 약력, 활동내용, 기사, 방송, 숏츠까지 확인할 수 있는 

대한민국 가치인물 데이터베이스를 구축한다는 구상이다.

“우리 부모님도 대한민국의 역사입니다”

사업은 가족 기록으로도 확장된다.

CCBS는 향후 ‘우리 부모님 인물백과’ 프로젝트를 통해 자녀가 부모의 삶을 추천하고 

부모의 어린 시절과 가족, 직업, 봉사활동, 인생의 지혜 등을 기록하는 가족문화 프로젝트도 추진한다는 계획이다.

조부모와 부모, 자녀로 이어지는 3세대의 삶을 기록하면 한 가족의 역사뿐 아니라 한 지역과 시대의 생활문화까지 함께 보존할 수 있다는 설명이다.

기록의 신뢰성도 중요하게 검증

인물 기록은 사실 확인을 원칙으로 한다.

본인과 가족의 인터뷰, 활동자료, 사진과 영상, 상장과 증서, 공식 경력자료 등을 확인하고 기존 언론기사와 방송자료, 기관 홈페이지 등 공개자료를 교차 검증해 최종 기록을 확정하는 방식이다.

특히 온라인에 존재한다는 이유만으로 모든 내용을 사실로 확정하지 않고 자료의 출처와 내용을 확인한다는 편찬 원칙을 적용할 예정이다.

또한 인물을 순위화하지 않는다.

누가 더 훌륭한 사람인지를 경쟁시키는 것이 아니라 “이 사람이 어떤 가치를 남겼는가”​를 기록한다는 것이다.

사람을 세우는 미디어

CCBS가 내세우는 핵심 브랜드는 ‘사람을 세우는 미디어’​다.

칭찬을 시상식에서 끝내지 않고 한 사람의 삶을 취재하고 기록하고 영상화해 

더 많은 사람에게 알리고 다음 세대에 전달하는 것이 이번 사업의 목적이다.

CCBS 한국방송과 칭찬합시다뉴스, 칭찬위원연합회는 기존에 축적해 온 칭찬주인공 자료와 현장 취재, 칭찬카메라, 기사, 사진, 영상 등의 자료를 체계적으로 정리해 새로운 디지털 문화기록 자산으로 발전시킨다는 계획이다.

결국 「대한민국 칭찬주인공 인물백과사전」이 지향하는 것은 단순한 책 한 권이 아니다.

사람은 살아서 역사를 만들고, 기록은 그 역사를 후대에 전달한다.

从书籍到短视频：CCBS打造连接新闻、广播、社交媒体与数字档案的新型人物百科

《大韩民国赞主人公人物百科全书》通过新闻、广播、照片、视频和短视频记录普通人的人生价值

“记录一个人的人生，就成为一个人的历史；记录许多人的人生，就成为大韩民国的文化遗产。”

记录一个人的方式正在发生变化。

过去的人物百科全书主要通过纸质书籍记录知名人物，重点介绍姓名、职业、经历和成就。

如今，CCBS韩国广播、 《让我们一起赞美新闻》以及赞美委员会联合会正在探索一种全新的记录方式，将新闻报道、照片、广播采访、视频、社交媒体短视频和数字档案连接起来，建立一个能够持续更新的人物文化档案。

这项名为 《大韩民国赞主人公人物百科全书》 的项目，旨在发掘并记录韩国各地那些为家庭、社区和社会作出积极贡献的人们。

项目并不只关注明星或社会知名人士。

那些一生守护家庭的人，为邻里提供帮助的人，长期服务社区的人，向困难群体分享自己的时间、才能和资源的人，以及几十年如一日坚守自己职业的人，都将成为重要的记录对象。

项目重点关注的价值包括：

爱、服务、分享、牺牲、孝道、责任、诚信、奉献、克服困难以及积极影响力。

一个人人物档案，记录完整人生

项目的重要特点之一，是为每一位人物建立独立的完整记录。

百科全书不会只记录姓名、职业和履历，而是尽可能记录一个人的成长经历、家庭背景、教育经历、职业道路、社区活动、社会贡献、人生困难、克服过程、价值观以及希望留给下一代的话语。

同时收集人物照片和视频资料。

在条件允许的情况下，CCBS NEWS将通过人物采访和“赞美摄影机”等节目记录人物故事，并将其中具有代表性的内容制作成适合社交媒体传播的短视频。

整个记录体系将形成：

新闻 → 照片 → 人物采访 → 广播电视 → 短视频 → QR二维码 → 数字人物页面 → 纸质百科全书

让一个人的人生成为可以持续扩展的数字文化档案。

用短视频认识韩国普通人的人生

短视频将成为项目连接年轻一代的重要工具。

一个人几十年的人生，可以通过一分钟左右的短视频，提炼出最值得记录的故事和人生价值。

“一生服务当地儿童的老师。”

“长期帮助困难家庭的店主。”

“一生坚守一个行业的工匠。”

观众如果希望了解完整故事，可以通过短视频中的二维码进入人物数字档案页面，继续查看采访、新闻报道、照片以及完整人生记录。

由此，社交媒体不再只是宣传工具，也可以成为发现和保存韩国普通人故事的新型文化记录窗口。

纸质百科全书不是终点，而是数字档案的入口

《大韩民国赞主人公人物百科全书》的纸质出版物并不是整个项目的终点。

书中每一位人物都可以通过二维码连接到对应的数字人物页面。

读者扫描二维码后，可以进一步查看人物照片、个人简介、相关新闻、人物采访、“赞美摄影机”视频、短视频以及其他资料。

这样，即使纸质书出版以后，人物的新活动和新资料仍然可以不断补充到数字档案中。

建立覆盖全国的人物价值数据库

项目还计划按照地区和领域不断扩大。

未来可以在首尔、仁川、京畿道以及韩国各地区持续发掘人物，并按照志愿服务、社会福利、教育、文化艺术、体育、经济、企业、农业渔业、医疗、环境、青少年、家庭与孝道、捐赠和社区服务等领域进行分类。

长期目标是建立一个可以搜索的人物价值数据库。

用户可以通过姓名或关键词找到一个人的照片、个人经历、社会活动、新闻报道、采访、广播节目以及短视频等内容。

“我们的父母也是韩国历史的一部分”

这一项目还可以进一步发展为家庭历史记录项目。

未来推出 “我们的父母人物百科” 项目，让子女推荐自己的父母，通过采访记录父母的童年、家庭、职业、社会服务、人生经历和生活智慧。

如果将祖父母、父母和子女三代人的生活连接起来，不仅可以保存一个家庭的历史，也可以记录一个地区乃至一个时代的社会文化变迁。

重视事实核查与资料验证

项目强调人物资料的真实性。

将通过本人及家人的采访、活动资料、照片、视频、证书以及正式履历等一手资料，同时结合新闻报道、广播资料、机构官方网站以及其他公开资料进行交叉验证。

特别是网络搜索结果不会因为“网上存在”就直接认定为事实，而是经过资料来源和内容核实后再确定最终记录。

项目也不会对人物进行排名。

其目的不是比较“谁更加优秀”，而是记录：

最终，《大韩民国赞主人公人物百科全书》并不只是一本书。

它是一套完整的记录体系：

From Books to Shorts: CCBS Launches a New Encyclopedia Connecting News, Broadcasting, SNS and Digital Archives

“Korea’s People of Praise Encyclopedia” to Preserve Lives Through News, Broadcasting, Photography, Video and Short-Form Content

“When one person’s life is recorded, it becomes one person’s history. When the lives of many people are recorded, they become part of Korea’s cultural heritage.”

The way people’s lives are recorded is changing.

Traditional encyclopedias have primarily documented notable figures through printed books, focusing on names, careers and achievements. CCBS Korean Broadcasting, along with Let’s Praise News and the Praise Committee Federation, is proposing a new model that connects articles, photographs, broadcast interviews, videos, social media short-form content and digital archives into one comprehensive record.

The initiative, titled “Korea’s People of Praise Encyclopedia”, is designed to discover and document people throughout Korea whose lives have made a positive contribution to their families, communities and society.

The project does not focus exclusively on celebrities or widely recognized public figures.

It seeks to discover ordinary people who have devoted their lives to their families, served their communities, helped neighbors in need, shared their time and talents, remained committed to their professions for decades, or demonstrated values such as love, service, sharing, sacrifice, responsibility, integrity, dedication, perseverance and positive influence.

One Person, One Complete Digital Record

A central feature of the project is to create an individual record for each person.

Rather than simply listing a name, occupation and career, the encyclopedia will document childhood experiences, family background, education, career, community service, social contribution, personal challenges, overcoming adversity, personal values and messages for future generations.

Photographs and video materials will also be collected.

Where appropriate, CCBS NEWS interviews and “Praise Camera” programs will document the individual on video, while key moments and messages will be transformed into short-form content for social media.

The structure is designed to connect:

News → Photography → Interview → Broadcasting → Short-form Video → QR Code → Digital Profile → Printed Encyclopedia

This approach turns each person into a continuously expanding cultural record.

Meeting Korea’s People Through Short Videos

Short-form video is expected to play an important role in reaching younger audiences.

A person’s decades-long life story can be introduced through concise videos highlighting meaningful moments.

Examples may include:

“The person who has provided free meals for 40 years.”

“The teacher who has served local children throughout her life.”

“The shop owner who has shared with families in need.”

“The craftsman who devoted his entire life to one profession.”

Viewers who want to learn more can move from the short video to a digital profile through a QR code.

In this way, social media becomes more than a promotional channel. It becomes a new gateway for discovering and preserving the stories of Korea’s people.

The Printed Book Becomes a Gateway to a Living Archive

The printed encyclopedia is not intended to be the end of the project.

Each person featured in the book can be connected to a digital profile through a QR code.

Readers can scan the code to access photographs, biographies, news articles, interviews, “Praise Camera” videos, short-form content and additional materials.

This structure allows new information to be added even after the book has been published.

A Nationwide Database of People and Values

The project is also designed to expand geographically and by field.

People will be discovered across Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi and other regions throughout Korea.

The database may include categories such as volunteer service, welfare, education, culture and arts, sports, business, agriculture and fisheries, healthcare, environment, youth, family and filial devotion, donations and community service.

The long-term goal is to create a searchable database in which users can find a person’s photograph, biography, activities, news coverage, interviews, broadcasts and short-form videos in one place.

“Our Parents Are Also Part of Korea’s History”

The project can also develop into a family-history initiative.

Through a future “Our Parents Encyclopedia” project, children could recommend their parents and preserve stories about their childhood, family, profession, community service, life experiences and wisdom.

Connecting the lives of grandparents, parents and children could preserve not only family histories but also the social and cultural history of local communities.

A Commitment to Verification

The project emphasizes factual verification.

Primary materials such as interviews with the individual and family members, activity records, photographs, videos, certificates and official career information can be reviewed alongside existing news reports, broadcast materials and publicly available institutional information.

Online information will not automatically be treated as fact simply because it appears in search results. Sources will be compared and verified before final publication.

The project also does not rank people.

Its purpose is not to determine who is “better” than someone else, but to ask:

“What value did this person leave behind?”

A Media Platform That Builds People Up

CCBS describes its core philosophy as “Media that Builds People Up.”

The goal is to move beyond praise as a ceremony or award and instead discover people, document their lives, share their stories through media and preserve their contributions for future generations.

The initiative will also organize existing materials accumulated through CCBS Korean Broadcasting, Let’s Praise News and the Praise Committee Federation, including people discovered through the praise movement, “Praise Camera” activities, news articles, photographs and videos.

Ultimately, the “Korea’s People of Praise Encyclopedia” is not simply a book.

It is a process of:
